Haute Tote Bag and Card Set

Hi there

I have made this set of 4 cards for a friend who is having a Birthday,  I made the matching Haute tote bag to put them in.

The pattern for the Haute Tote Bag can be bought from here. It can be made from a 12x12 piece of double sided paper.
The patterned paper is Kaisercrafts Hummingbird collection.

MFT sketch 60

Hi there

I love to use a sketch to make into a card and I particularly like the My Favourite Things  weekly sketches.

This week I used this sketch-

To make this card-

Supplies used: Echo Park Paper - Victoria Gardens 6x6 pad
                       MFT Dies - Faux crochet border,  Dizzy Doily Duo,   Mini tags x4
                       MFT stamps - Waterlily

I also used the sketch to make this wedding card that I showed you yesterday ( This is the one my sister chose!)  I just adjusted it to make a square card.

Prima Distressed

Hi there

My card for today uses the Prima Romantique 6x6 paper stack and a chipboard sticker.

I have distressed the edges of the largest square with a Tim Holtz distresser and inked up the edges of everything else with Versamark pinecone.  The flourishes are a MFT Leafy Flourish.
I am entering this in the Southern Girls Challenge #38 So Distressed.

A happy Card

Hi all

Well another Monday is here - hope you all had a nice weekend.

Here is a card to show you....

After doing that Valentine card last week I was keen to try another - this is what I ended up with!
I cut out the happy with my MFT alphabet dies stuck them on black card and cut around the letters.
I used Kaisercraft - Hummingbird papers from the 6x6 pad. Love the variety of colours in this collection.
The birthday greeting is from Say it Loud from Waltzingmouse Stamps.

A Valentine Card

Hi there

Well I don't usually do Valentine's but after seeing this card & tutorial on SCS I just had to give it a go!

I have used Kaisercraft Hummingbird paper from the 6x6 pad.  I have then stamped over some of it with black ink.  The ticket is from MFT.   Butterflies from Martha Stewart punches.  I have used Kraft card as my base.

Pop on over to the Artfull Crafts Blog today as I have a post of some Layouts of my youngest son at his final College Ball!  I have used the gorgeous Teresa Collins - Carolina Breeze Papers.

First Post

Christine here with my first post on my own Blog!

After having found my way around the Artfull Crafts Blog and adding posts I have decided to have a go at my own one - so bear with me!

First of all lets see if I can get a card for you to look at...

This is the card I made for the Southern Girls Challenge - white on white.  Not having a blog meant it wasn't easy to enter challenges.  So now I have no excuse!
It looks a bit pinkish but it is all white on white! I have used Martha Stewart Punches for the Butterflies and the layered arches punches for the border. Spellbinders dies for the frame. PTI tiny tag for the greeting.
