Well we had an exciting time earlier this month - My Dad turned 100!
Here is the card I made for him....
This is a photo of him - can you believe he is 100! He doesn't look it! He is holding the special pumpkin that grew on our farm for him! It says "Ray Blampied 13.5.12 100 years"!
This is my family with him.
L to R - Peter, Leanne, Phil, Ray(the Birthday boy), Philip, Christine(Me) & Matt.
He had a fabulous time the whole weekend and even had a surprise visit from Andy Ellis the Crusaders Halfback and All Black! His youngest Great Grand daughter - Millie(2) helped him blow out his candles. We lost count of the number of macarons he ate - they were so delicious! Thanks Shirley!
My sister wanted a set of cards as a Thankyou for a friend, but she didn't want anything pink or flowery! So here is what I made for her...
I used the lovely Teresa Collins - Everyday Moments and tried to keep it simple! You can't go wrong with yellow & blue - I think it is a lovely combination! To put the set of cards in I decorated the paper bag with one of the 6x6 patterned papers and made a little Thankyou card and a peg to keep it closed- easy as!
Come back again and I will show you another set I made as well!!
The first card uses the stamp Sea Shell Trevor from Sugarplum Stamps - I think he is so cute in his striped Bathers! I have coloured him in with Copics. Love the Kaizercraft Rock Pool Collectables - they are great to use with foam tape to layer up on your cards,
Hi there, here are a couple of cards and a layout. I have used Teresa Collin's Travel Collection and have given my cards a Parisian theme. My Lo is from our 2 day visit to Paris 2 years ago - which was not long enough so I have to go back!
My son Matt at 4 years old! he turns 21 in July, so I am trying to get some scrap pages done before then! With Matt turning 21 and my Dad 100 it is a busy year for me in Scrapbooking terms! But I am loving it and reinforces why I do it! So many precious memories to cherish!
